Qualifications

• Must obtain First Aid, CPR, AED certification if not currently certified within 3 weeks of start date.
• Must be available to work flexible shifts including days, nights and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Safety Program Excellence & Implementation: Lead data-driven safety programs, audits, investigations, and risk assessments; drive continuous improvements while maintaining productivity.
• Associate Advocacy & Cultural Leadership: Advise associates on safety, build partnerships across the organization, and transform safety data into actionable insights to boost engagement.
