Job summary

CACI International Inc is seeking a Workplace Relations Partner to join our Human Resources team in Reston, VA. The role reports to the Senior VP, Workplace Relations and focuses on advising managers and employees on a wide range of employee relations issues, policies, and programs.

The successful candidate will partner with legal and HR leaders, conduct workplace investigations, and help shape programs that foster a positive work environment while ensuring compliance with applicable laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience; including 3 years in employee relations and investigations.
• Experience withEmployment Laws and regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication with employees and leaders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for managers to resolve workplace relations matters.
• Advise and counsel on employee relations and performance management issues.
• Advise and review reduction in force plans ensuring compliance with OWBPA, WARN, and related laws.
• Provide training, tools and templates to managers for employee relations matters.
• Partner with legal to respond to external claims and regulatory audits.
