Job summary

CA CI International Inc. in Reston, VA seeks a Human Resources Business Consultant (Vice President, Leadership) to address strategic business challenges with talent strategies, leadership coaching, and executive selection. You will support senior leaders on succession, culture, and organizational change, onsite five days a week.

The role involves coaching executives, analyzing data to inform solutions, and partnering across HR to drive business results for CACIs strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• University degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 18 years related work experience.
• Strong leadership coaching and executive coaching experience.
• Thorough knowledge of HR consulting principles and practices.
• Deep understanding of core HR policies and processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct consulting to the business on talent strategies and problem solving (executive selection, succession, leadership integration, engagement, retention, culture, coaching, change management).
• Collaborate with senior leadership to select executive-level talent and participate in interview panels.
• Support transition of new executives with coaching, goal setting, and 90-day plans.
• Assist in organizational succession planning and identification of high-potential talent.
• Partner with HR functions to drive results aligned with CACIs strategy.
• Act as trusted advisor to P&L and Functional leaders; communicate data-driven insights.
