Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Workplace Relations Partner to join our Human Resources team in Oklahoma City.

You will advise managers and employees on employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment laws, partnering with legal on claims and audits. You will design and implement workplace relations programs and provide training tools to empower line management, while maintaining the highest standards of ethics and confidentiality in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience; including 3 years of significant experience in employee relations and conducting workplace investigations.
• Experience with Employment Laws and regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with employees and outside contacts at all levels; both in verbally and written form.
• Proven track record of partnering with legal, line management and HR leaders on workplace relations matters.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for managers to effectively resolve workplace relations matters.
• Advise and counsel line management on employee relations and performance management issues.
• Advise and review reduction in force plans and ensuring all legal requirements are met relative to employment laws including OWBPA, WARN, etc.
• Work with employees to resolve employee relations issues and concerns.
• Provide training, resources, tools and templates to equip line management to more independently manage basic employee relations and performance management matters.
• Support the design and implementation of the organization's workplace relations programs, policies, and procedures.
• Partner with legal to respond to external claims and agency audits (i.e., EEOC , attorney demand letter, litigation, OFCCP and other regulatory agency audits, etc.).
• Provide counsel and guidance to managers and employees in interpreting CACI policies and procedures.
