The HR Business Consultant has deep expertise in leadership coaching, executive selection, integrating new leaders, succession planning, change management, organizational effectiveness, and consulting with executive leadership on a variety of human capital consulting needs.

• Support leadership development and organizational effectiveness initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct consulting to the business on talent strategies and problem solving in executive selection, succession, leadership integration, engagement, retention, culture, environment, coaching, change management and the employee value proposition
• Dynamically address strategic priorities with creative problem solving
• Collaborates with senior leadership to select executive-level talent and participate in interview panels
• Support transitions for new executives, including coaching, goal setting and 90-day planning
• Assist organizational succession planning and high potential talent identification
• Collaborate across HR functions to drive business results with aligned talent solutions
• Serve as trusted advisor to P&L and functional leaders
• Apply analytical skills to interpret and communicate data effectively
