• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years in applications development/analysis or systems engineering, or alternative with 10 years of experience.
• Experience leading technical implementation projects and familiarity with SDLC (Waterfall/Agile).
• Strong knowledge of end-user technologies and enterprise support tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and oversight to IT projects and products; manage schedules and releases.
• Lead staff performance, development and budgeting to meet department goals.
• Direct programming, business analysis, or testing activities with cost and time estimates.
