Job summary

ATI Worksite Solutions is seeking an Injury Prevention Specialist in Macon, GA. You will develop on-site prevention programs, assess employee work performance, and collaborate with ATI’s network of partners. The role emphasizes proactive wellness and education to reduce injuries.

The position offers a full-time schedule with Monday–Friday hours and opportunities for professional development through ATI Academy, BOC classes, and leadership training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Athletic Training required.
• PTA with licensure or Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science/Kinesiology/Allied Health acceptable.
• BOC certification required or eligible; BLS and AED certification required.
• Discipline-specific license or certification as appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Assess body mechanics and develop a mitigation plan based on observations.
• Document treatments and coach for continuous improvement.
• Understand OSHA 29 CFR 1904.7 recordkeeping related to first aid.
• Educate and coach employees to reduce injury risk and discomfort.
• Assist with medical surveillance testing and clinic operations.
• Provide health education and training on wellness and prevention topics.
