Job summary

ATI Worksite Solutions in Texas is seeking an Early Intervention Specialist to assess employee health, develop individualized improvement plans, and reduce workplace injuries at client sites.

You will observe work performance, document treatments, and coach for continuous improvement while following OSHA guidelines (29 CFR 1904.7). BOC certification is preferred and opportunities include ATI Academy and leadership training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree in Athletic Training.
• Other qualified disciplines: PTA with licensure; or Bachelors in Exercise Science/AT/Kinesiology/Allied Health; or 2 years in Military healthcare.
• Discipline-specific license or certification as appropriate.
• Basic Life Support and AED Certification.
• BOC certified or eligible to sit for BOC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interfacing with office and industrial clients to assess employee health status and create individualized improvement plans.
• Observe body mechanics, assess risk, and develop mitigation plans.
• Document all employee treatments with efficient coaching for improvement.
• Understand OSHA recordkeeping rules related to first aid (29 CFR 1904.7).
• Address discomfort through education and job-specific coaching to prevent injuries.
• Assist with medical surveillance testing and clinic operations.
• Provide employee health education and training on wellness and disease prevention.
