Job summary

ATI Worksite Solutions seeks an Injury Prevention Specialist/Certified Athletic Trainer to develop on-site injury prevention programs for employees. You will assess body mechanics, create individualized plans, and provide coaching to reduce injuries within diverse workplaces.

The role emphasizes collaboration, continuous learning, and a balance between patient care and program development, with strong emphasis on safety and compliance in workplace settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Athletic Training or equivalent.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure; BOC certified preferred.
• Basic Life Support and AED certification.
• Discipline-specific license or certification as appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Interface with office and industrial clients to assess health status and create individualized improvement plans.
• Observe work performance to assess body mechanics, determine risk, and propose mitigation plans.
• Perform and document employee treatments in the workplace with coaching for continuous improvement.
• Understand OSHA recordkeeping rules as they pertain to first aid (29 CFR 1904.7).
• Address discomfort through education and job-specific coaching to prevent injuries.
• Assist with medical surveillance testing and clinic operations.
• Develop and provide employee health education and training on wellness and disease prevention.

Associates PTA with licensure or Bachelors in Exercise Science/AT/Kinesiology/Allied Health or 2 years military healthcare
