Qualifications

• Basic Life Support and AED Certification are required or preferred.
• BOC certification (or eligibility) is preferred.
• Degrees include athletic training or related health disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Assess employee health status and create individualized improvement plans.
• Observe work performance to identify risks and craft mitigation strategies.
• Provide education and coaching to reduce injury risk and improve wellness.
• Assist with medical surveillance testing and clinic operations.

Education

Bachelor's or Master’s in Athletic Training

Associates degree as PTA with licensure

Bachelor's in Exercise Science/Athletic Training/Kinesiology/Allied Health

2 years military healthcare experience
