Job summary

ATI Worksite Solutions is seeking an Injury Prevention Specialist in Glendale, AZ. This full-time position focuses on assessing employee health, creating individualized improvement plans, and developing on-site injury prevention programs.

The role supports workplace organizations across various industries with a data-driven approach. The candidate will collaborate with a network of partners, enjoy work-life balance, and access ATI Academy resources, mentorship, and leadership training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Athletic Training required.
• Associates degree as PTA with licensure or degrees in Exercise Science/Kinesiology/Allied Health, or military healthcare experience acceptable.
• Discipline-specific license or certification as appropriate.
• Basic Life Support and AED Certification required.
• BOC certification or eligible to sit for BOC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interface with office and industrial clients to assess health status and create individualized improvement plans.
• Observe employee work performance to assess body mechanics and determine risk with mitigation plans.
• Understand OSHA recordkeeping rules as they pertain to first aid (29 CFR 1904.7).
• Provide education and coaching to address discomfort and reduce injury risk.
• Assist with medical surveillance testing and clinic operations.
• Develop and provide employee health education and training on wellness and disease prevention.
