Job summary

ATI Worksite Solutions in Midland, NC is seeking an Injury Prevention Specialist to design on-site programs, assess employee health needs, and promote musculoskeletal health across facilities.

This full-time role features a mixed schedule with early morning or afternoon shifts, collaboration with industry partners, and ongoing training through ATI Academy, mentorship, and leadership development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Athletic Training required.
• Associate degree PTA with licensure or Bachelor's in Exercise Science/Athletic Training/Kinesiology/Allied Health with related experience considered.
• License or certification in discipline as appropriate (BOC preferred).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and AED certification required.

Responsibilities

• Interfacing with office and industrial clients to assess employee health status and create individualized improvement plans.
• Assess body mechanics, determine risk, and develop mitigation plans during observation of work performance.
• Document all employee treatments and provide coaching for continuous improvement.
• Understand OSHA 1904.7 recordkeeping rules as they pertain to first aid.
• Address discomfort through education and job-specific coaching to prevent injuries.
• Assist with medical surveillance testing and clinic operations.
• Provide employee health education and training on wellness and disease prevention topics.

Education

Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Athletic Training

Associate degree PTA with licensure

Bachelors in Exercise Science/Athletic Training/Kinesiology/Allied Health

2 years experience in a Military healthcare setting
