• 5+ years of experience in workplace or facilities management.
• Experience leading office renovation, fit-out, relocation projects.
• Budgeting, contractor management and on-time delivery.
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily office operations and workspace management.
• Coordinate interviews, meetings, room bookings, and visitor arrangements.
• Manage landlords, contractors, and service providers; vendor selection.
• Lead office renovation, fit-out, expansion, and relocation projects.
• Support employee onboarding and improve workplace efficiency.
