Job summary

Longbridge, a technology-driven global investment platform, is seeking a hands-on Workplace Manager to oversee office administration and daily operations for our growing US team in Dallas, TX. You will lead office setup, renovations, relocations, and ongoing improvements to keep the workplace efficient and welcoming.

Responsibilities include managing facilities, vendor relationships, budget-conscious projects, and coordinating interviews, room bookings, and visitor access.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in workplace management, office administration, facilities management, or workplace operations.
• Experience leading office fit-out, renovation, or relocation projects with budgeting and timelines.
• Experience in vendor management, procurement, facilities maintenance, and general office administration.
• Strong organizational, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on, proactive, able to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in technology companies, fintech startups, or facilities management/CRE services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily office operations, including workspace management, office supplies, meeting rooms, access control, maintenance, and employee workplace needs.
• Coordinate interviews, meetings, room bookings, and visitor arrangements.
• Manage landlords, building management, contractors, and service providers; oversee vendor selection, contract coordination, cost control, and service quality.
• Lead new office renovation, fit-out, expansion, and relocation projects from planning and budgeting through execution and handover.
• Maintain a welcoming and productive office environment, supporting onboarding logistics and workplace improvements.
• Partner with HR, IT, Finance, and other teams to support workplace requirements and continuously improve operational efficiency.
