Flik Hospitality Group is hiring a Workplace Ambassador Supervisor to guide Workplace Ambassadors, uphold service standards, and coordinate support across nearby locations. The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and proactive issue resolution in a dynamic corporate environment.

The position involves coaching, event support, and collaboration with facilities and business partners to maintain a positive workplace experience for employees and visitors at multiple San Francisco Bay Area

• Experience providing guidance, coaching, or informal leadership to others in hospitality, workplace services, or corporate office settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day direction, coaching, and support to Workplace Ambassadors to ensure consistent service delivery and professional standards.
• Log, monitor, and follow up on employee and workplace issues using workplace systems and ticket tools.
• Coordinate work order activity, document requests, track status, and liaise with facilities and vendors for timely resolution.
• Support understanding of workplace guidelines and site practices with a helpful, professional approach.
• Share local site information, transportation options, and nearby services with employees and visitors.
• Plan localized events and provide day-of support for enterprise-wide site events as needed.
• Conduct workplace tours and train Ambassadors to host tours for employees and visitors.
• Assist with onboarding, coaching, and coordinating support for Ambassadors.
