Flik Hospitality Group in California is seeking a Workplace Ambassador Supervisor to lead Workplace Ambassadors, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and functional flexible-workspace environment. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and the ability to build trusted relationships with employees, business partners, building vendors, and local site stakeholders.

The Supervisor will model excellent customer service, identify and elevate workplace needs, coordinate work orders

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills for working with employees, leaders, vendors, and partners.
• Ability to investigate workplace concerns, follow through on issues, and drive timely resolution.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day direction, coaching, and support to Workplace Ambassadors to ensure consistent service delivery and a positive team environment.
• Log, monitor, and follow up on issues using workplace systems and ticketing platforms; escalate as needed.
• Coordinate work order activity, document requests, track status, and liaise with Facilities and vendors for timely resolution.
• Support understanding of workplace guidelines and site practices with a professional approach.
• Share local site information and resources with employees and visitors.
