Job summary

Flik Hospitality Group is seeking a Workplace Ambassador Supervisor to provide daily support to Workplace Ambassadors and maintain a safe, functional flexible workspace. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, judgment, and the ability to build trusted relationships with employees, business partners, vendors, and site stakeholders.

The Supervisor will model excellent customer service, coordinate work orders, and help coordinate coverage across nearby locations, while guiding ambassadors

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day direction, coaching, and support to Workplace Ambassadors to help ensure consistent service delivery, professional standards, and a positive team environment.
  • Log, monitor, and follow up on employee and workplace issues using applicable workplace systems and ticket management platforms, including Microsoft Teams, Corrigo, and other work order tools, escalating concerns to the appropriate partner when needed.
  • Coordinate work order activity by documenting requests, tracking status, communicating updates, and partnering with Facilities, vendors, and other support teams to help ensure timely resolution.
  • Support employee understanding of workplace guidelines, including clean desk expectations, neighborhood seating, and other site practices, using a helpful and professional approach.
  • Provide local site and community information as appropriate, including directions, workplace resources, transportation options, dining, nearby services, and visitor support.
  • Plan and execute localized, small-scale workplace events or engagement activities that support employee experience, site culture, and business partner needs, while also providing logistical day-of support for enterprise-wide site events as needed.
  • Conduct workplace tours and train Ambassadors to host tours for employees, new hires, visitors, and stakeholders, highlighting workplace resources, flexible workspace practices, and site-specific support services.
  • Assist with onboarding, coaching, reinforcing service expectations, and coordinating support for Ambassadors working across nearby local locations when applicable.
  • Prepare and share operational updates or reporting related to workplace activity, issue trends, service gaps, event support, and team coverage to inform leadership decisions and partner follow-up.

Job Summary

The Workplace Ambassador Supervisor provides daily support and guidance to Workplace Ambassadors while helping maintain a safe, comfortable, and functional flexible‑workspace environment.
