Job summary

Flik Hospitality Group is seeking a Workplace Ambassador Area Manager to lead operations across locations, ensuring service consistency and strong staff engagement. You will guide onsite and remote teams, monitor workplace standards, and drive improvement initiatives to enhance the employee and guest experience.

Reporting to the Workplace Ambassador Program Manager, you will collaborate with program, contract, and area managers to deliver initiatives, manage daily operations, and address issues

Qualifications

• 3+ years of operations experience.
• 3+ years coordinating project activities and resources.
• 2+ years of operations leadership experience; experience managing remote teams is preferred.
• 3+ years of customer service experience with demonstrated hospitality and service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present to audiences in person and virtually.
• Ability to travel to assigned locations up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workplace Ambassador operations across assigned locations, providing visible, approachable, and solutions-oriented leadership onsite and remotely.
• Partner with program, contract, and area managers to deliver Workplace Ambassador initiatives, projects, and budgets.
• Ensure supervisors and site teams effectively manage daily operations, floor walks, employee engagement, service recovery, and issue resolution.
• Maintain consistent procedures for employee support, shared desks, meeting rooms, workplace issues, engagement activities, and policy compliance.
• Monitor events and in-office activities to support employee and guest satisfaction and timely problem resolution.
