Flik Hospitality, part of Compass Group USA, seeks an Area Manager to oversee Workplace Ambassador operations across multiple locations, delivering consistent service and strong employee engagement. You will lead onsite and remote teams, drive process improvements, and partner with stakeholders to ensure a high-quality workplace experience.

Responsibilities include supervising daily operations, staffing, training, and compliance, while leveraging metrics to improve service delivery and guest

Qualifications

• 3+ years of operations experience.
• 3+ years coordinating project activities and resources.
• 2+ years of operations leadership experience; experience managing remote teams preferred.
• 3+ years of customer service experience with hospitality and service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to present to audiences in person and virtually.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workplace Ambassador operations across assigned locations, onsite and remotely.
• Collaborate with program, contract, and area managers on initiatives, projects, and budgets.
• Oversee daily operations, employee engagement, service recovery, and issue resolution.
• Maintain procedures for employee support, shared desks, meeting rooms, and policy compliance.
• Monitor events and in-office activities to support satisfaction and timely problem resolution.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, train, coach, and retain team members with strong hospitality and service skills.
• Provide HR guidance to supervisors and support performance management and development.
• Communicate operational challenges to program leadership or client representatives as needed.
• Develop knowledge of Workplace Ambassador roles to ensure clear accountability.
