Job summary

Michels Corporation is seeking a Workplace Experience Partner to shape and maintain productive work environments across locations. You will contribute to planning, space utilization, and transitions, aligning with our culture, brand, and operations.

You will work with Facilities, IT, Real Estate, Marketing, and HR to coordinate acquisitions, relocations, expansions, and renovations, ensuring smooth occupancy and employee readiness from planning through day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, facilities management, communications, project management, interior design, or related field; 5+ years of related experience.
• 3+ years of experience in workplace operations, facilities coordination, employee experience, office administration, project coordination, or related functions.
• Strong project management, organization, problem-solving, written communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate diverse stakeholders, and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must possess a valid drivers license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven and an acceptable driving record.
• Experience with workplace management platforms such as OfficeSpace (desired)
• Experience coordinating office moves, renovations, or workplace improvement projects (desired)
• Knowledge of workplace design or space planning (desired)

Responsibilities

• Create consistent, functional, and engaging workplace environments across company locations.
• Support workplace planning, office standards, space utilization, and office transitions.
• Collaborate with Facilities, IT, Real Estate, Marketing, HR, and business leaders to reflect culture, values, brand, and needs.
• Assist with office acquisitions, relocations, expansions, renovations, consolidations, and transitions from planning through occupancy.
• Ensure seamless implementation, employee readiness, and operational continuity during moves.
