Job summary

Michels Corporation is seeking a Workplace Experience Partner to create consistent, functional workplaces across company locations. The role supports workplace planning, office standards, space utilization, office transitions, and workplace-related projects, collaborating with Facilities, IT, Real Estate, Marketing, HR, leadership, and local office teams.

This position will assist with acquisitions, relocations, expansions, renovations, consolidations, and transition projects from planning

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience or equivalent
• Strong project management, organization, problem-solving, written and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate diverse stakeholders
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and driving credentials

Responsibilities

• Assist with workplace planning, office standards, space utilization, and transitions
• Support office acquisitions, relocations, expansions, renovations, consolidations, and occupancy projects
• Coordinate with Facilities, IT, Real Estate, Marketing, HR and local office teams

The Workplace Experience Partner helps create consistent, functional, and engaging workplace environments across company locations. This role supports workplace planning, office standards, space utilization, office transitions, and workplace-related projects. The position works closely with Facilities, IT, Real Estate, Marketing, Human Resources, business leaders, and local office teams to ensure offices reflect the organization's culture, values, brand, and operational needs. This role will assist with office acquisitions, relocations, expansions, renovations, consolidations, and workplace transition projects from planning through occupancy, ensuring seamless implementation, employee readiness, and operational continuity. Critical for Success is strong oral and written communication skills as well as the ability to organize and prioritize work.

What it takes:

• Bachelor's degree in business, facilities management, communications, project management, interior design, or related field, 5+ years of related experience; or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in workplace operations, facilities coordination, employee experience, office administration, project coordination, or related functions.
• Strong project management, organization, problem-solving, written communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate diverse stakeholders, and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must possess a valid drivers license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven and an acceptable driving record as determined by Michels Review Team.
• Experience with workplace management platforms such as OfficeSpace (desired)
• Experience coordinating office moves, renovations, or workplace improvement projects (desired)
• Knowledge of workplace design or space planning (desired)
