Job summary

Michels Corporation is seeking a Culture Manager to lead the Culture team, coordinate events, and ensure branding alignment across offices. You will work with Facilities, Marketing, Corporate Security, and IT on brand initiatives and staff training at Michels locations.

The role emphasizes professional communication, teamwork, and delivering high-quality customer service while promoting a strong corporate culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field, and 7+ years related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong time management, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and develop employees on the Culture team and coordinate with management and department leads.
• Attend and oversee planned events and manage projects with Facilities Management, Marketing, Corporate Security, and IT to ensure branding initiatives meet standards.
• Maintain the Frontline Brand Keepers program and train office staff to integrate Michels branding across locations.
• Demonstrate professionalism and excellence in customer service and foster effective internal communication.
