You’ll help with planning, standards, space utilization, and transitions from planning to occupancy, collaborating with Facilities, IT, Real Estate, Marketing, HR, and site teams to align with brand and culture.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and prioritization, with exposure to office moves, renovations, and workplace improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, facilities management, communications, project management, interior design, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support workplace planning, office standards, and space utilization across locations.
• Assist with office acquisitions, relocations, expansions, renovations, consolidations, and transitions from planning through occupancy.
• Coordinate with Facilities, IT, Real Estate, Marketing, HR, and business leaders and local office teams to reflect culture, brand, and operational needs.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure seamless implementation and employee readiness.
