Michels Corporation is seeking a Culture Manager to lead the Culture team, overseeing development and coordination of culture and event needs across the organization. You will work with management and department leads to ensure branding standards are upheld and events run smoothly.

The role involves training office staff and Frontline Brand Keepers, collaborating with Facilities, Marketing, Corporate Security, and IT, and fostering an engaging, professional workplace aligned with Michels’ values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field with 7+ years related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Culture team with supervision and development.
• Coordinate culture and event needs with management and department leads.
• Attend and provide oversight of planned events.
• Manage projects with Facilities, Marketing, Corporate Security, and IT to ensure branding initiatives meet standards.
• Train and orientate office staff and Frontline Brand Keepers to integrate Michels brand.
