• At least 4–6 years of experience with large‑scale events or employee experience programs.
• Proven track record delivering events from concept through completion—on time, on brand, and on budget.
• Strategic thinker who can move between vision and execution.
• Strong stakeholder manager who shapes briefs and aligns leadership around the employee experience.
• Deep knowledge of event production: vendor markets, technical production, and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of US employee events and experience initiatives.
• Build project plans, run‑of‑show documents, and risk plans for complex or large‑scale events.
• Manage vendor sourcing, negotiations, contracts, and on‑site relationships.
• Oversee full budget management: forecasting, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Coordinate cross‑functional support (facilit ies, IT, People team, etc.) for seamless execution.
• Ensure legal and compliance requirements are met across all event procurement.
