Job summary

Agoda is seeking a Global People Experience Specialist to support employees and new hires across the USA, EU, and Singapore. You will manage mobility, immigration, relocation, and onboarding, coordinating with employees, hiring managers, and vendors to ensure a smooth experience.

You will also aid local People Operations and compliance, handle multiple cases in a fast-paced, international environment, and provide proactive guidance to new hires before Day 1. English fluency required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in people operations, employee engagement, or global mobility/immigration.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and third-party vendors.
• Experience managing cases independently.
• Able to work with international employees and cross-functional teams.
• Professional fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Handle Global Mobility & Immigration cases relocating to assigned geography.
• Vendor & Case Management: coordinate with vendors, track progress.
• New Hire Onboarding Experience: coordinate onboarding and Day 1 logistics.
• Communicate with new hires before Day 1; provide mobility/onboarding guidance.
• Support local People Operations, compliance, and record-keeping.
• Identify process improvements and share local insights.
