Job summary

Freshfields US LLP seeks an Assistant Manager, Workplace Experience to lead day-to-day workplace operations and service delivery in the SF/SV office. You will build strong relationships with attorneys, business services, and vendors, and translate priorities into actionable plans across teams.

The role requires 7+ years in workplace experience or facilities, with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. You will oversee hospitality, conferences, and space management while ensuring service standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in workplace experience, hospitality, or facilities operations.
• Proven vendor management and service provider oversight experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with attorneys, clients, and leadership.
• Experience coordinating facilities operations, space planning, and office infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day workplace operations and service delivery.
• Build relationships with attorneys, business services, vendors, and office leadership.
• Translate priorities into actionable plans and coordinate across teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve workplace services and efficiency.
• Support business continuity and emergency response planning.
