Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of relevant experience in workplace experience, employee engagement, or office operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
• Experience managing vendors, budgets, expenses, and operational logistics.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute workplace experience initiatives for assigned populations and offices.
• Plan and execute onsite and offsite events, employee programs, and recognition moments.
• Develop internal communications and onboarding materials; support culture initiatives.
• Manage relationships with building management, vendors, and internal partners to address office needs.
• Identify recurring issues and implement sustainable process improvements.
• Own initiatives from concept to completion with planning, execution, and measurement.
