Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a senior professional to lead cohesive team member experience programs across project sites. You will champion inclusion, organize events, and drive recognition initiatives that promote safety, belonging, and performance.

You will also lead Giving Back programs, build community partnerships, and collaborate with clients and leaders to align initiatives with project goals and company values.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in employee engagement, event planning, or culture roles.
• Experience in construction, field operations, or large projects is a plus.
• Passion for workplace culture, wellbeing, sustainability, and social impact.
• Strong interpersonal skills across roles and cultures.
• Self-starter with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of mission-critical team member experience plans.
• Coordinate site-wide events, wellness activities, and recognition efforts.
• Champion inclusion, equity, belonging, and safety on site.
• Gather feedback, measure outcomes, and report program impact.
• Serve as a visible advocate for morale and engagement on projects.
