Checkr is hiring a Workplace Operations and Talent Coordinator for our Nashville office. You will support daily facilities, manage front desk coverage, assist onsite interviews, and collaborate with HR to enhance employee experience.

You’ll help implement the hybrid work strategy and contribute to onboarding through offboarding processes, with a focus on a positive workplace culture and smooth operations.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of operational, people ops, talent and/or facilities-related experience; internships or relevant coursework welcome.
• Enthusiasm for supporting and executing successful events.
• Familiarity with Zoom Rooms, A/V technologies, GSuite, and Slack to support effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Support daily facilities operations in Nashville office with the Workplace Operations Team.
• Assist onsite interviews: greet candidates, manage breaks, schedule occasionally.
• Build relationships with HR and local management to enhance employee experience.
• Staff the front desk during absences and provide coverage for Workplace team members.
• Help implement the hybrid work strategy for continuity across work arrangements.
• Support onboarding to offboarding processes and new hire orientations.
