Job summary

Checkr is seeking a Workplace Operations and Talent Coordinator in Nashville to support daily facilities, coordinate interviews, and help shape employee experiences. You’ll partner with HR, facilities, and local management to keep the office running smoothly and to align with our hybrid work strategy.

This role covers front desk coverage, event planning, lunch service management, AV setup, and onboarding to offboarding support.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in operational, people ops, talent or facilities-related roles.
• Strong interest in delivering great employee experiences.
• Willingness to learn Zoom Rooms, A/V techs, GSuite, Slack.

Responsibilities

• Support daily facilities operations in the Nashville office.
• Assist with interview scheduling and on-site interviews.
• Collaborate with HR, CRGs, and local management to improve employee experience.
• Staff the front desk during absences or breaks.
• Help implement the hybrid work strategy across arrangements.
• Support onboarding to offboarding processes and new hire orientations.
• Coordinate and execute local Nashville office events for team cohesion.
• Oversee daily lunch service and snack/beverage program logistics.
• Assist with project timelines and coordination with teams.
• Manage relationships with property management and building operations.
• Support AV spaces and resolve basic technical issues.
