Qualifications

  • Experience supporting a 100+ person office is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day workplace operations for the San Francisco headquarters and support workplace initiatives across multiple global office locations.
  • Serve as the primary workplace point of contact, ensuring a seamless, organized, and high-functioning employee and guest experience.
  • Partner with HR and IT on onboarding, offboarding, workplace policies, attendance logistics, and employee support programs.
  • Manage workplace programs, employee events, amenities, cultural initiatives, and engagement activities that foster connection and community.
  • Oversee space planning, seating, workplace assets, supplies, and office improvements to support evolving business needs.
  • Own workplace communications, emergency preparedness programs, and operational processes that ensure employee safety and efficiency.
  • Manage vendor relationships, workplace budgets, facilities maintenance, mail services, and building operations.
  • Coordinate high-profile executive, VIP, and guest visits, ensuring a polished and professional experience.
  • Plan and execute company events, celebrations, meetings, and special workplace initiatives.
  • Build scalable workplace systems, continuously improve processes, and serve as a trusted operational partner across the organization.

Workplace Experience Manager | San Francisco, CA | $80,000–$110,000 | Onsite

Our client, a rapidly growing entertainment technology company, is seeking a Workplace Experience Manager to oversee the workplace experience for its Downtown San Francisco headquarters, supporting 150+ employees. This highly visible role will own day-to-day workplace operations, facilities, vendors, office programs, employee experience, events, and workplace processes while partnering closely with HR, IT, Executive Support, and leadership.

The ideal candidate has experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, ideally within technology or a similarly dynamic industry. Entertainment or music industry experience is not required. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced workplace professional who is highly organized, proactive, service-oriented, and enjoys creating structure and improving processes in a growing organization.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead day-to-day workplace operations for the San Francisco headquarters and support workplace initiatives across multiple global office locations.

What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience in office management, workplace operations, facilities, or a closely related role.
  • Experience supporting a 100+ person office is strongly preferred.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, ideally within technology or a similarly dynamic industry.
  • Entertainment or music industry experience is not required.
  • Strong operational, organizational, and vendor management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build processes, document standards, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Service-minded, approachable, and calm under pressure, with strong judgment and discretion.
  • Strong delegation, supervision, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience managing vendors, service levels, and workplace budgets is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with inventory control, reporting, and operational tracking.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and comfort working with Apple products.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through and the ability to prioritize in a high-service environment.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion when supporting employees, executives, artists, VIP guests, and confidential matters.
  • Ability to occasionally lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 pounds as part of office operations.
Schedule & Location

Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, fully onsite in the Downtown San Francisco office.

Compensation

$80,000–$110,000 base salary, depending on experience and qualifications, plus discretionary bonus, profit sharing, and benefits.
