Job summary

Docebo in Milan seeks an experienced Office & Events Lead to own daily operations and shape the culture of our Milan workplace. You will blend high-touch hospitality with seamless office management, creating an environment where creativity and connection thrive for employees, candidates, and guests.

You will manage events, budgets, and vendor relations while driving space planning and branding. This role is based in Biassono until Milan opens later this year.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in workplace management, office operations, hospitality, or employee experience.
• Ability to run an office independently with a hospitality-first approach.
• Experience designing, planning, and hosting employee events.
• Strong budgeting, vendor negotiations, and project management skills.
• Self-starter with ownership of a polished, well-run workplace.
• Fluent in Italian and English.

Responsibilities

• Own daily operations of the Milan office and elevate employee and visitor experiences.
• Create a warm, polished, guest-centric environment that inspires staff and guests.
• Manage the office engagement calendar with events, celebrations, and wellness initiatives.
• Lead end-to-end events from concept to on-site hosting and execution.
• Develop programming to foster cross-team collaboration and community.
• Oversee facility vendors, maintenance, supplies, access, and security; manage invoices.
• Drive space planning, emergency readiness, and branding installations.
