The role blends creativity with operational excellence and empathy, delivering concierge-level service, managing events, F&B, and day-to-day facilities while collaborating with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in operations, hospitality, or experience management in premium environments.
• Proven vendor management, inventory control, and budget oversight.
• Polished communication with senior executives and concierge-level service.
• Comfort with hands-on food service and sample prep of snack trays.
• Proven ability to plan and execute events of various sizes.
• Tech-savvy with Google Workspace and scheduling/booking tools.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of hospitality and first contact for employees and guests.
• Provide concierge services, including onboarding, access, mail handling, and space familiarization.
• Coordinate surprise & delight moments and team-building activations.
• Manage all facility operations and oversee key vendors.
• Plan and execute weekly events and monthly engagement activations.
