JLL is seeking a Workplace Experience Ambassador in Wichita, KS to deliver exceptional employee and guest experiences onsite. You will coordinate training room operations, support Meeting & Training Room software, and partner with workplace teams to ensure seamless events and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 1–3 years hospitality or workplace experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Teams, Outlook, Excel).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for meeting room software support and scheduling.
• Coordinate campus training room operations and readiness.
• Support workplace events with readiness checks and vendor coordination.
• Build relationships to deliver hospitality-driven experience.
• Respond to inquiries and operational issues with proactive follow-up.
• Ensure cleanliness and compliance with service standards.
• Collaborate with Facilities Management, Engineering, and vendors to improve operations.
