Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Workplace Experience Manager in Santa Clara to supervise staff delivering concierge, reception, meetings, and admin duties. You will guide performance, develop teams, and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring efficient, compliant service delivery.

Reqs include a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with 3–5 years in staffing, training, and performance management. Strong MS Office skills and organizational abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; combination of education and experience weighed.
• Experience in staffing, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Ability to convey performance expectations and address issues.
• Leadership skills to drive quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word/Excel/Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills with inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees; conduct training, evaluations, and coaching.
• Coordinate daily team activities; set schedules and deadlines.
• Build and maintain client relationships; negotiate priorities.
• Ensure efficient, consistent team support and suggest process improvements.
• Identify training needs and ensure safety standards are followed.
• Develop vendor partnerships and manage service contracts.
• Oversee third-party programs like catering, events, and transport.
• Lead by example and align with CBRE RI SE values.
• Apply disciplinary knowledge to achieve department objectives.
• Troubleshoot day-to-day issues within systems and processes.
