Job summary

Marvin seeks a Workspace Experience Coordinator to welcome visitors, manage front-of-house operations, and support leadership with administrative tasks at one of its Fargo facilities. You will coordinate internal events, maintain facilities standards, and partner with HR on recognition programs, while promoting Marvin’s culture and employee experience.

• Bachelor's or associate degree in business-related field preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, guests, and employees with a welcoming presence.
• Serve as primary point of contact for facility requests, meetings, and events.
• Support the Plant Manager with calendar management, reports, and project tasks.
• Coordinate travel logistics for leadership and organize staff meetings.
