Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Workspace Experience Coordinator to serve as the front‑line brand ambassador at one of our Fargo manufacturing facilities. You will manage front‑of‑house operations, coordinate internal events, and support the Plant Manager with high‑level administrative tasks to foster a welcoming and efficient workplace culture.

You will also coordinate travel for leadership, oversee office services, and collaborate with HR on recognition programs while helping strengthen Marvin's culture

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or associate degree in a business-related field preferred; or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

  • Manage front‑of‑house operations and coordinate internal events.
  • Support Plant Manager with high‑level administrative tasks and calendar management.
  • Coordinate travel logistics for leadership (flights, hotels, ground transportation).
  • Oversee front office activities, mail, supplies, and office communications.
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership on recognition programs and culture initiatives.
  • Greet interview candidates and assist with assessments and interviews.
  • Promote Marvin's culture through cross-functional event support and experiences.

Job Overview

As a Workspace Experience Coordinator, you will be the front‑line brand ambassador at one of Marvin's five manufacturing facilities in the Fargo area. You'll create exceptional experiences for employees, guests, and leadership by managing front‑of‑house operations, coordinating internal events, and supporting the Plant Manager with high‑level administrative tasks. Your role is essential in fostering a welcoming, efficient, and connected workplace culture.

Highlights of your role
Provide Exceptional Service
  • Address needs with attentive problem‑solving and a positive presence.
Facility Coordination
  • Serve as the primary contact for all facility‑related requests, meetings, and events.
  • Maintain high standards for the facility and enhance stakeholder experiences.
Operations Leadership Support
  • Generate and distribute status reports, videos, and planning documents for the Plant Manager.
  • Manage the Plant Manager's calendar, reports and project support.
  • Organize Operations Staff meetings, including scheduling, notetaking, and follow‑up.
  • Coordinate travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation for leadership.
Front Office Management and Administrative Support
  • Oversee office supplies, camera monitoring, mail delivery, and other front office activities.
  • Manage communication channels, data entry, filing, and general company email.
  • Coordinate office equipment services and maintain office supply levels.
HR Collaboration
  • Partner with HR and leadership to implement recognition programs.
Manage merchandise sales and supply inventory
