MalaceHR is seeking a Workplace Experience Ambassador to be the face of our workplace program and to deliver a welcoming, polished, high-touch experience for employees, visitors, and guests. In this client-facing role you’ll coordinate meetings and events, greet guests, and work with facilities to ensure spaces are prepared.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in hospitality, workplace experience, facilities, or related roles.
• Hospitality mindset and passion for exceptional customer service.
• Go-getter who takes initiative and follows through.
• Tech-savvy with ability to learn new systems and devices.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for workplace experience, meetings, events, and employee requests.
• Welcome employees, visitors, and guests and create a professional hospitality experience.
• Coordinate meeting and event needs from start to finish.
• Partner with client and on-site facilities to ensure spaces are ready and supported.
• Ensure visitors are logged and directed.
• Conduct regular floor and facility walks across a four-floor workplace.
• Monitor cleanliness, presentation, supplies, and overall experience.
• Coordinate with janitorial teams to ensure scheduled cleaning is completed.
• Respond quickly to questions, requests, and issues and follow through to resolution.
• Support internal and external meetings, events, and training activities.
• Use technology and workplace systems to track requests and updates.
• Build strong relationships with employees, visitors, vendors, and service partners.
