Acoufelt, LLC is seeking a Workplace Support Ambassador to be the first point of contact for employees, visitors, vendors, and partners. You will help create a welcoming, professional experience while supporting daily reception tasks, meeting coordination, and space management in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is dependable, polished, service oriented, and comfortable handling multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; administrative or customer service training preferred.
• Previous experience in reception, hospitality, customer service, or office administration preferred.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and time management.

Responsabilités

• Welcome visitors promptly and professionally, confirm appointments, notify hosts, and provide directions or assistance as needed.
• Answer, screen, and route incoming calls and general inquiries with courtesy and accuracy.
• Maintain the reception area and nearby shared spaces to stay organized and guest ready.
• Coordinate visitor access, sign in procedures, badges, and safety protocols.
• Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages; coordinate outgoing shipments.
• Assist with conference room scheduling, meeting room prep, catering, and cleanup.
