Latham & Watkins LLP in New York seeks a Hospitality Host to warmly welcome visitors, support the Workplace Experience team, and coordinate in-office events. This onsite role runs 2:00 pm–10:00 pm, five days a week, and requires a professional demeanor and strong guest-service skills.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and at least two years of hospitality or customer-service management experience, with proven communication and teamwork abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years hospitality or customer service management experience.
• Strong communication and guest-service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming all personnel and external visitors.
• Provide first-line technology assistance and ensure AV equipment is functioning.
• Coordinate booking of conference rooms and visitor offices; assist with taxis and minor repairs.
• Handle print and mail support and other in-office tasks.
• Protect confidential and sensitive information.
