Latham & Watkins LLP is seeking a Workplace Experience Manager for the San Diego office. You will lead a team delivering an exceptional workplace experience for staff and clients, whether remote or on-site, aligning with global WE strategy.

The role requires 7+ years in hospitality or customer service management, a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent substantial experience), and flexibility to work evenings or some weekends. Strong communication and standards are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; significant experience may be accepted in lieu.
• 7+ years in hospitality or customer service management.
• Experience in hotel, facility, or corporate environments preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and some weekends.

Responsibilities

• Partner with office administration, department managers, and regional leadership to deliver a top-quality experience for staff and clients.
• Develop and implement experience-related guidelines and standards with the global WE team.
• Supervise and coach team members, set clear goals aligned to the global vision.
• Promote collaborative work practices and maintain high professional/ethical standards.
• Recruit and train talent; identify development opportunities to improve performance.
• Protect sensitive, confidential, and proprietary information.
