Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is hiring a Workplace Experience Ambassador in Morrisville, NC. The role delivers hospitality-driven client experiences, welcomes guests, manages registrations, and supports day-to-day operations at the front desk.

You will coordinate with facilities teams for events, manage communications, and ensure security through badge control while building strong relationships with client employees and visitors.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED, or commensurate experience in hospitality/customer service roles.
• Minimum 2-3 years of hospitality management or customer service experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with emphasis on calendar management.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client employee and visitor inquiries, providing front desk and concierge services, including welcoming guests and managing visitor registration and badging through client systems.
• Conduct routine walkthroughs and assessments to ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements and performance metrics, including a minimum of two hours daily welcoming employees at entrances while monitoring workspace conditions and brand standards.
• Build meaningful relationships with client employees through proactive communication and personalized follow-up on all requests.
• Collaborate with facilities teams to support client events and ensure seamless operational delivery, including conference room booking, catering coordination, and Work Order management.
• Oversee site communications, including managing the email inbox and creating site-wide messages, while maintaining inventory and providing onboarding support.
• Promote site activities through social media platforms and support marketing material creation.
• Oversee building access control systems, including issuing, updating, and deactivating employee and visitor badges in compliance with security protocols.
