Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is hiring a Lead Workplace Experience Ambassador for an onsite role in the Durham/Morrisville/RTP corridor. The position focuses on delivering exceptional client experience through journey mapping, audits, and engagement programs across multiple client sites.

The role requires 5+ years in hospitality or related workplaces services, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in hospitality, customer service, facilities management, or workplace services in corporate environments.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and visitor management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Map employee journeys to identify pain points and opportunities.
• Conduct regular site audits of workspace functionality and amenities.
• Develop data-driven improvement plans with clear objectives and timelines.
• Lead HX Champions to build engagement and adoption.
• Maintain master calendar of workplace events and initiatives.
• Organize and operationalize engagement events with stakeholders; manage budgets and registrations.
• Serve as primary contact for employee inquiries and workplace feedback; ensure SLAs are met.
