Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of hospitality, hotel, concierge or related field.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic knowledge of A/V technology and workplace systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences as the first point of contact.
• Support workplace operations including workspace reservations and bookings.
• Help execute meetings and events with setup and inspections.
• Proactively identify and report facility, housekeeping, or maintenance concerns and follow up on requests.
