Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality seeks a Workplace Ambassador intern in New York to learn the Hospitality@WORK program through rotational assignments in our Paramount offices. You will support on-site guests, manage space reservations, and help coordinate meetings.

This role emphasizes hospitality, quick problem-solving, and teamwork with facilities, IT, and F&B. You will gain hands-on experience in office operations while developing service-oriented skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to bend, squat, push and pull.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome all employees entering the workspaces within the Paramount offices, making a hospitality presence known throughout the building.
• Create relationships with employees in the workspaces aligned to you, learning about their in‑office needs and being able to anticipate them.
• Use reservation tools to ensure that employees have the proper spaces reserved, ensuring they have productive time while on‑site.
• Work with employees to plan their on‑site meetings, resulting in flawless execution, and the maximum utilization of proper room sizes, including catering, audio visual, etc.
• Be the eyes and ears of the building, ensuring that if things are not as they should be, we input tickets appropriately and detailed to have quick resolutions before a client would see them
• Be the first line of troubleshooting for conference room equipment, being able to quickly resolve and result in meeting timeliness
• Provide responsive, “on-demand” services to clients and employees
• Become the hospitality hub for your aligned workspaces, between facilities, AV, IT, F&B, janitorial, etc. resulting in clean, usable, and reservable spaces
• Work closely with management to understand the vision of the product (Hospitality@WORK), assist with project as needed, and provide support to the entire team.
