Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year in hospitality, hotel, concierge, or related field preferred.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic knowledge of A/V technology and workplace systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact and create positive first impressions.
• Provide directions, resources, and support to Paramount employees and guests.
• Escort guests to appropriate locations when needed.
• Coordinate workplace services and respond to employee needs.
• Support Meetings & Events setup and execution.
• Monitor and optimize workspace utilization and bookings.
