Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Workplace Ambassador intern to join our corporate office team. You will participate in the Hospitality@WORK training program, rotate through assignments, and support day-to-day facilities operations while delivering friendly, professional service to colleagues.

Schedule is typically Monday–Friday, with 8 AM–5 PM or 9 AM–6 PM based on business needs; you will be the hospitality presence in the workspace, assist with room reservations, meetings, catering,

Qualifications

• Fast-paced work environment experience preferred.
• Good communication skills required.
• Flexible schedule availability needed.
• Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to bend, squat, push and pull as part of daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome employees entering the workspace, establishing a hospitality presence.
• Build relationships with employees and anticipate their in-office needs.
• Use reservation tools to secure spaces and ensure productive on-site time.
• Plan on-site meetings with appropriate room setup, catering, AV, and logistics.
• Troubleshoot conference room equipment and resolve issues to maintain timeliness.
• Provide responsive, on-demand services to clients and colleagues.
• Serve as a hospitality hub between facilities, IT, F&B, janitorial, and other teams.
• Collaborate with management to understand the Hospitality@WORK vision and support projects.
