Fortune 100 Food & Beverage Manufacturing in Solon, OH is seeking a Workplace Design and Construction Project Manager to act as the owner's representative within Workplace Solutions, leading capital projects across corporate, manufacturing, and distribution environments.

You will manage projects from concept and planning through design, procurement, construction, turnover, and closeout with emphasis on safety, quality, financial discipline, and continuity.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering workplace, facility, and infrastructure projects in active operational environments.
• Working knowledge of interiors, building systems, site work, and controls.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and governance with minimal disruption to operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as owner's representative and coordinator among stakeholders, design partners, and contractors.
• Develop project strategy, scope, schedules, high-level estimates and business cases for capital planning.
• Prepare and manage budgets, funding requests, and executive-level project recommendations.
• Lead design and pre-construction activities with in-house teams and external partners.
• Coordinate construction phase through schedules, invoices, approvals, and contractor safety plans.
