Job summary

FuseGlobal is seeking a Workplace Design and Construction Project Manager for Solon, OH to lead capital projects across corporate, manufacturing, and distribution environments. You will act as owner’s representative, guiding projects from concept through closeout with a focus on safety, budget discipline, and operational continuity.

The role requires 8+ years of PM experience, a related bachelor's degree, and proficiency with MS 365 tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; practical experience acceptable (8 years).
• 8+ years of project management experience in design, construction, facilities, or capital projects.
• Experience with interior renovations, site work, and proactive risk management in active environments.
• Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint and 365 tools.
• Experience developing scopes, budgets, schedules, bids, contracts and closeout docs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as owner’s representative coordinating stakeholders, design partners, and vendors.
• Develop project strategy, programming, preliminary schedules, high-level estimates and business cases.
• Prepare budgets, funding requests, forecasts, and executive-level recommendations.
• Lead design and pre-construction activities with internal teams and external partners.
• Manage construction phase: schedules, budgets, invoices, change orders, and approvals.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and operational continuity; monitor risks and opportunities.
